Include your device model, OS version, and app version. Describe what you expected and what happened. Do not send backup passphrases. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Subscriptions

  • Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. View or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstalled on a new device.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

Common topics

Backups

Data stays on your device unless you export an encrypted backup from Settings. We cannot recover a lost backup passphrase.

Delete your data

Delete entries in the app, or uninstall Rekoata from your device.

Not an official record system

Rekoata is a personal productivity tool. It is not intended for regulatory sign-off or official maintenance release records.
