Subscriptions

  • Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. View or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstalled on a new device.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

Common topics

Weekly question limit

Free and paid plans include a weekly question allowance. The counter resets each week. Upgrade in the app for more questions.

“No information in sources”

The app only answers from embedded primary sources for the selected tradition. If a topic is not clearly covered there, you may see a standard fallback message.

Clear chat history

Open Settings → Clear chat history in the app. This removes saved conversations from your device only.
