About these terms

ApronBoard is provided by Alper Sentürk, an independent developer publishing under the Timete name. Timete is a project name, not a registered company. These terms explain the conditions for using the app.

Questions can be sent to support@timete.lu. The privacy policy explains data handling; accepting these terms is not a substitute for consent to optional data processing.

The role of ApronBoard

ApronBoard is a personal productivity tool for organising aviation-related work. It helps bring your shifts, aircraft information, tasks and notes into one place.

ApronBoard is not an approved maintenance-record or release system. Do not use it as a substitute for required technical logs, maintenance releases, airworthiness decisions or regulatory sign-off.

Check calculations, dates, units, references and task status against current approved documentation and your employer’s procedures. You remain responsible for using the official systems required for your work.

Your work information

Only enter or share information you are authorised to handle. Follow your employer’s confidentiality, data-protection and device-use requirements. You retain rights to your own content.

Work content is held locally in the current release. An ApronBoard account, automatic cloud backup and cloud sync are not currently provided. Keep your device secure and keep usable exports where your version supports them. Purchase restoration does not restore your local work data.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

The purchase screen and Apple’s confirmation show the price, billing period, included features and any trial before you buy. Prices can vary by country and currency. Do not rely on a website screenshot as a current offer.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under Apple’s displayed terms. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to buy them; restoring access does not restore locally stored content.

You can request a refund from Apple. Eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Any mandatory cancellation, refund or digital-content rights you have remain unaffected.

Licence and fair use

You may use the app on compatible devices as allowed by these terms and the applicable App Store rules. You retain rights to content you create. We do not acquire ownership of your notes, wishes or questions.

The app’s code, branding and original design remain protected. Do not redistribute the app, infringe other people’s rights, bypass paid-access controls or interfere with its security. This does not restrict uses or exceptions that applicable law expressly permits.

Do not present ApronBoard output as official approval or certification. The app does not act on behalf of an aircraft operator, maintenance organisation or aviation authority.

Service quality and your rights

The app should work as described and we will use reasonable care in providing it. Software can have faults; if something is wrong, contact support so we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Where applicable, rights relating to defective digital content or services may include correction, a proportionate price reduction or ending the contract. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Losses caused by relying on the app beyond its stated personal-organisation purpose will be assessed under applicable law. These terms do not transfer responsibility for our own legally attributable faults to you.

Updates and ending use

We may release updates to improve the app, maintain compatibility or address security and legal requirements. Features can vary by version. A description of a planned feature is not a promise that it is available now.

If a change materially affects paid access or these terms, we will give appropriate notice and explain any choices or remedies required by law. A new fee requires a purchase you authorise. You can stop using the app at any time; cancel any subscription separately through Apple.

Law and getting in touch

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence remain available. Contact support first if you would like us to try to resolve a problem; this does not limit your legal rights.

A direct line to the developer.
