Subscriptions
- Purchases and renewals are managed by Apple. View or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstalled on a new device.
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

On your phone, in the app’s private storage. We do not host your journal on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Free vs Pro
Free includes a limited number of wishes and core journal features. Pro unlocks unlimited wishes, additional accents, photos, insights, sharing, and export as described in the app at purchase time.
Erase all wishes
In the app, open the You tab and use the erase-all option in the danger zone. Uninstalling the app also removes local data.
